Job summary

Blue Compass RV Fort Worth is seeking a Facilities Detailer to keep the dealership clean, welcoming, and safe. You’ll handle floors, windows, breakrooms, and bathrooms, contributing to the daily experience of customers and staff.

This role offers a Structured Career Path within our nationwide network. Pay is $16.00–$18.00 per hour, with a 5-day work week, comprehensive benefits, and equal opportunity employment.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform routine floor care.
• Dust, polish, and sanitize high-traffic areas.
• Restock bathrooms and clean restrooms.
• Clean windows, glass doors, and showroom areas.
• Empty trash and maintain break areas.
• Report maintenance or safety issues as they arise.

As a Facilities Detailer, you will help create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment inside our dealership. This includes everything from floors and windows to breakrooms and bathrooms. Your work plays a vital role in the daily experience of our customers and team.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Someone who takes pride in their work and pays attention to the details
  Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and general floor care
• Dusting, polishing, and sanitizing high-traffic areas
• Restocking bathrooms and cleaning restrooms
• Cleaning windows, glass doors, and showroom areas
• Emptying trash and maintaining break areas
• Reporting any maintenance needs or safety issues
• Supporting our team with other light duties as needed

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE TABLE:

• Experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

This is a physically active position. You’ll be on your feet, bending, moving, and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly. Must be comfortable working indoors with some exposure to outdoor conditions.
