Job summary

Blue Compass RV in Columbia City, IN is seeking a Facilities Detailer to keep our dealership clean, safe, and welcoming. You will handle floors, windows, breakrooms and restrooms, contributing to a positive daily experience for customers and the team.

This is a physically active role requiring a tidy, detail‑oriented, self‑starter who can work independently, lift up to 25 lbs, and stay on your feet all day. We offer a 5‑day work week, benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in professional cleaning or janitorial services.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and general floor care.
• Dusting, polishing, and sanitizing high‑traffic areas.
• Restocking bathrooms and cleaning restrooms.
• Cleaning windows, glass doors, and showroom areas.
• Emptying trash and maintaining break areas.
• Reporting any maintenance needs or safety issues.
• Supporting the team with other light duties as needed.

Role

As a Facilities Detailer, you will help create a clean, welcoming, and safe environment inside our dealership. This includes everything from floors and windows to breakrooms and bathrooms. Your work plays a vital role in the daily experience of our customers and team.

Compensation

$12-$16 hourly
