Qualifications

• Previous automotive detailing experience preferred.
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to motivate and support a team while maintaining accountability.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship.
• Knowledge of detailing equipment, tools, and cleaning products.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality detailing services that leave customers impressed.
• Clean, wash, wax, buff, vacuum, and sanitize vehicles inside and out.
• Inspect vehicles for imperfections and needed attention.
• Coordinate daily workflow and ensure vehicles are completed on schedule.
• Support and train newer detail team members on proper processes.
• Monitor quality standards and provide feedback for consistency.
• Maintain inventory of supplies, tools, and detailing products.
• Communicate effectively with management and other departments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace.
• Assist with additional responsibilities to keep operations running smoothly.
