Job summary

M&K Truck Centers in Waukee, IA is seeking a full-time Detailer to prep trucks before customer possession. You will clean and polish windows, wax and buff truck bodies and chrome, and touch up frames, wheels and trim.

Detailer

Regular Full-Time INDIV CONTRIBUTOR Waukee/Des Moines IA, Waukee, IA, US

Salary Range: $17.00 To $21.00 Hourly

We are looking for a full-time Detailer to join our team. The purpose of this role is to prep the truck before the customer takes possession.

Key Responsibilities :

• Clean and polish windows.
• Waxes, buffs and polishes trucks body and chrome.
• Touches up frames and wheels and trim as needed.
• Mixes cleaning solutions, abrasive compositions, or other compounds, according to formulas.
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery.
• Pressure washes frames, engines and compartments as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of detailing of vehicles/trucks
• Keen eye for details and quality results of prepping the vehicle/trucks
• Must be agile enough to work inside cabs and engine housings to clean.
