Qualifications

Responsabilités

Position Overview:

As a Detailer, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for display, delivery, and customer pickup. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for maintaining vehicles at the highest standard of presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Thoroughly clean and detail the interior and exterior of vehicles, including washing, vacuuming, polishing, and waxing.
• - Inspect vehicles to ensure they meet C. Harper Auto Groups quality standards before returning them to customers or the sales/service departments.
• - Apply protective finishes to vehicles exteriors and interiors to maintain showroom quality.
• - Perform minor cosmetic repairs such as touch-up painting or buffing as needed.
• - Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detailing area, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained.
• - Assist with vehicle flow management to meet department deadlines for service and sales.
• - Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

Qualifications:

• - Experience : Previous experience in automotive detailing is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
