Job summary

Allard Collision, part of the OpenRoad Collision group, is seeking a motivated Detailer to clean and detail vehicles, both interior and exterior, using standard detailing products and equipment.

The role emphasizes thorough cleaning, final quality checks, and safe, efficient work practices in a fast-paced shop environment. Training and growth opportunities are offered along with competitive compensation.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Prior auto detailing experience a plus.
  • Ability to use detailing tools, power buffers, vacuums and cleaning chemicals safely.
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship.

Responsibilities

  • Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors using a variety of products and equipment.
  • Perform thorough vacuuming, washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing.
  • Remove dirt, grease, tar, and other exterior blemishes.
  • Clean and treat upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces.
  • Conduct final quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements.
  • Assist in vehicle disassembly.
  • Report any vehicle damage or repair concerns to the manager.

As part of the OpenRoad Collision group DBA Allard Collision, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality collision repair services with exceptional customer care. Our team is dedicated to restoring vehicles to pre-accident condition while making the repair process as smooth and stress-free as possible for our customers. We're currently seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Detailer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors using a variety of products and equipment
  • Perform thorough vacuuming, washing, waxing, buffing, and polishing
  • Remove dirt, grease, tar, and other exterior blemishes
  • Clean and treat upholstery, carpets, and other interior surfaces
  • Conduct final quality inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety guidelines and PPE requirements

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in auto detailing or related field a plus
  • Ability to use detailing tools, power buffers, vacuums, and cleaning chemicals safely

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
