Responsibilities include comprehensive interior/exterior cleaning, paint restoration, engine/trim detailing, and quality inspections to ensure showroom-ready vehicles.

Qualifications

• Driver's License: Valid license and a clean, insurable driving record required.
• Experience: Detailer or paint correction experience preferred, but willing to train motivated candidates.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, bend, and lift in varying weather conditions.
• Attention to Detail: High standards for cleanliness and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive Vehicle Cleaning: Perform meticulous interior and exterior cleaning, including washing, waxing, buffing, vacuuming, shampooing carpets, and conditioning leather seats.
• Paint & Exterior Restoration: Utilize specialized tools (high-speed buffers, clay bars, extractors) to remove minor scratches, oxidation, and stains from vehicle surfaces.
• Engine & Trim Detailing: Degrease engine bays, clean trunk components, and restore exterior plastic/rubber trim to showroom quality.
• Quality Control Inspection: Inspect vehicles to ensure dealership standards for display or delivery; report defects to management.
• Lot Organization & Transport: Move, park, and organize vehicles across the lot to optimize space and presentation.
• Workspace Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized wash bay and tool storage area following OSHA and dealership safety standards.
• Efficiency & Collaboration: Work under tight deadlines to ensure vehicles are ready for the sales team and customers, collaborating with service advisors and lot managers.
