Victory Honda Morgan Hill is seeking an Automotive Detailer to prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for sale. Duties include washing, vacuuming, conditioning interiors, and applying protective finishes.

Responsibilities

• Wash and condition vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under-carriage, and under-hood components, and perform waxing/buffing.
• Clean and condition vehicle interior, including vacuuming, shampooing, applying fabric or leather treatments, and polishing.
• Inspect vehicles for dents, scratches, or torn upholstery.
• Attend all staff meetings, trainings, and educational classes as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Automotive Detailer

Automotive Detailer prepares new vehicle and pre-owned vehicles for sale and delivery by washing, vacuuming, and restoring interior, exterior, and under-hood cosmetics. In addition to base-level conditioning, the detailer buffs, waxes, shampoos, applies fabric protection, and replaces parts such as wiper blades and headlights if needed.

The ideal candidate may have some detailing experience, an unrestricted driver’s license, and a clean driving record, and preferably be able to drive both automatic and standard transmission vehicles.

The detailer must be able to work productively in a fast-paced team environment and must have a positive attitude, professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver world‑class customer service.

Responsibilities

• Wash and condition vehicle exterior, including tires, wheels, under‑carriage, and under‑hood components, and perform waxing/buffing.
• Clean and condition vehicle interior, including vacuuming, shampooing, applying fabric or leather treatments, and polishing.
