Job summary

World Wide RV in Mesa, AZ is hiring a full-time RV Exterior Detailer. You will wash and detail the outside of travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes to ready them for show or delivery. The job is outdoors, standing for long periods, and includes roof work. No RV experience is required; training is provided.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid vacation after eligibility, plus paid training.

Qualifications

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Able to work on ladders and at height.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet.
• Work comfortably outdoors in heat with water and shade breaks.
• Clean record so forklift insurance is available after training.

Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and detail RV exteriors: sidewalls, caps, windows, wheels, storage bays.
• Scrub roofs from a ladder to remove dirt and debris and descend safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and readiness of chemicals, hoses, brushes, and bay.
• Move units in and out of the bay with a forklift and a trained spotter.
• Keep the detail area and surrounding lot clean at all times.
• Assist Sales and Service when a unit moves or needs a final wipe-down.

RV Exterior Detailer - Mesa, AZ

World Wide RV | Full-time, on-site | $18-$22/hour, based on experience

The job

You wash and detail the outside of travel trailers, fifth wheels, toy haulers, and motorhomes so they are ready to show or deliver. The work is outside, on your feet, and includes roofs. Arizona summers are part of the job.

World Wide RV is a family-owned Jayco dealer in Mesa. No RV experience is required. We train the wash process. We do not train work ethic.

What you will do

• Wash, rinse, and detail RV exteriors: sidewalls, caps, windows, wheels, and storage bays
• Scrub roofs from a ladder - dirt, debris, and buildup - and come down the same way you went up
• Keep chemicals, hoses, brushes, and the bay ready for the next unit
• Move units in and out of the bay with a forklift and a spotter (we will train a careful driver)
• Keep the detail area and the lot around it clean
• Help Sales and Service when a unit has to move or a delivery needs a final wipe-down

Schedule

Days and hours, Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m..

What we need

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Able to work on ladders and at height without freezing up
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet most of the shift
• Fine working outside in the heat, with water and shade breaks
• A clean enough record to be insured on a forklift after training

Forklift experience, RV or auto detailing, and Spanish are a plus. They are not required.

Pay and benefits

$18-$22 an hour to start. Forklift certification and consistent quality move you up the range.
