Job summary

MichaelHohl Automotive Group is looking for a skilled Detailer to join the team in Northern Nevada. You will be the final step before a vehicle reaches customers, ensuring excellent first impressions and top-quality detailing.

This hands-on role requires physical stamina and a pride in workmanship, with opportunities for ongoing manufacturer and dealership training.

Qualifications

• Prior professional detailing or automotive care experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Ability to work on your feet and perform physical tasks for extended shifts
• Comfortable in a shop environment, indoors and outdoors year-round
• Valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Perform full interior and exterior detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles to dealership delivery standards
• Apply protective coatings, sealants, and dressings as directed
• Inspect vehicles during and after the detail process and document any pre-existing damage
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the detail bay, all equipment, and supplies
• Prepare vehicles for customer delivery and special events in a timely, high-quality manner
• Communicate with sales and service teams on vehicle status and priorities
