CarMax, the nation’s largest used-car retailer, is hiring a Cosmetic Reconditioning Associate II in Bakersfield, CA. You will perform cosmetic inspections, final quality checks, and advanced reconditioning tasks such as paint touch-up, wet sanding, and buffing to ensure every vehicle meets CarMax standards.

In this fast-paced, indoor/outdoor role, you’ll read and record data accurately, lift up to 50 lbs, and collaborate with teammates to move vehicles on and off the lot and support auction
