Bish’s RV in Coldwater is seeking a dedicated RV Detail Technician to ensure sold units are spotless and ready for delivery. You will detail both new and trade-in RVs, maintaining high standards and a positive first impression for customers.

Responsibilities include cleaning interiors and exteriors, inspecting for damage, and reporting issues to the service department. A background check and ability to work Saturdays are required, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Pass a background and drug test
• Demonstrate alignment with the Company’s vision, mission, and core values
• Previous experience in vehicle detailing or cleaning is a plus but not required
• Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks, including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Availability every Saturday

We’relooking for a highly motivated and meticulous RV Detail Technician to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility is to ensure everysold RVis spotless and ready for delivery. Each day, you will review which units are scheduled for detailing and thoroughly clean each trailer from top to bottom. You will work primarily onsold units, including both new and older trade-ins, making sure each RV meets ourhigh standardsand provides an excellent first impression to customers.

Key Objectives

• Deliverconsistentlyhigh-quality cleaning and detailing to all assigned RVs.
• Ensureevery sold RV is ready for customer pickup or delivery on schedule.
• Identifyand report any damage or maintenance issues noticed during detailing.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
• Support the sales and service teams by providing well-prepared RVs that enhance customer satisfaction and brand reputation.
