Job summary

Crash Champions in Nashville, TN is seeking a Detail Specialist to maintain vehicle cleanliness and assist with parts inventory. This hybrid role balances detailing for customer-ready vehicles with hands-on parts coordination to keep shop operations smooth.

You will wash interiors and exteriors, prep for delivery, inspect incoming parts, and communicate with vendors to ensure accurate invoicing and timely deliveries, all while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Automotive experience or interest preferred, but not required.
• Must pass a background check and be legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior vehicle cleaning to prepare for customer delivery.
• Conduct pre-wash on vehicles before repairs or detailing.
• Buff vehicles (preferred but not required).
• Move vehicles within the facility to support workflow efficiency.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and organization, including removing debris and trash.
• Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders.
• Inspect all incoming parts for quality and damage.
• Return incorrect or damaged parts promptly to vendors.
• Communicate regularly with vendors to track parts delivery status.
• Ensure accurate parts invoicing and corrections within the estimating platform.
