Five StarBreaktime Solutions is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team in Macon, GA. You will accurately pick and assemble orders using handheld scanners, follow processes for quality and efficiency, and inspect products for damage.

The role requires lifting up to 50 lbs and contributing to a safe, organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and ready to work hands-on in a position that directly affects customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, or previous warehouse experience.
• Must consent to drug screen and pre-employment background check.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Ability to lift, bend, stoop, and reach throughout shift.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and assemble customer orders using warehouse management systems and handheld scanners.
• Follow established processes to ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency.
• Inspect products for damage and dispose of defective items according to company procedures.
• Safely lift, carry, and move products up to 50 lbs. throughout the shift.
• Assist with warehouse organization, restocking, and maintaining clean, safe work areas.
• Follow company safety protocols and participate in team safety meetings.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure order completion.
