Job summary

Mbi Llc is seeking a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our QA team in Glen Allen, Virginia. You will design, execute, and maintain manual and automation test cases to ensure software quality and reliability.

Responsibilities include identifying defects, collaborating with developers and stakeholders, maintaining test documentation, and supporting regression testing and automation initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in manual and/or automated software testing.
• Familiarity with test case management tools (for example, Jira, Xray).
• Strong attention to detail and analytical problem‑solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute test cases based on functional and technical requirements.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Collaborate with developers, QA leads, and stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain and update test documentation and coverage reports.
• Support regression testing efforts and contribute to automation initiatives.
