Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of shipping, packaging, or warehouse ops experience.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Basic computer skills; familiarity with shipping systems/ERP preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in labeling, documentation, and packaging.
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, bills of lading, and material tags.
• Good communication and teamwork with other departments.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, pack, label, and verify outgoing orders per shipping docs.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials as needed.
• Check shipments against BOLs and packing lists for accuracy.
• Maintain shipping logs and records in line with procedures.
• Coordinate with drivers and warehouse staff to ensure on-time loading.
