Job summary

Ludlum Measurements, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Receiving/Data Entry Clerk to join our service team in Sweetwater, Texas.

This role helps with the receiving of instrumentation entering the service department and then gets the corresponding work orders entered per company policies. The position is full-time and in-person, with responsibilities including unboxing instruments, verifying returns, entering orders, and providing quotes as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience necessary.
• A high work ethic is required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity using computers.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Must be reliable and extremely trustworthy.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Receives and unboxes instruments.
• Verify instruments on the Instrument Return Form and ensure they match the instruments received.
• Enter orders for received instruments.
• Provide quotes for services to customers as needed.
• Respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
