Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or logistics training is an asset.
• Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory-related role preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Clear communication and a team-oriented mindset.
• Familiarity with shipping carriers, packing standards, and inventory audits.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments.
• Prepare, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain inventory records in the management system with serialization/audits.
• Organize stock by locations and maintain labeling standards.
• Perform periodic inventory audits and reconcile records.
• Assemble customer kits and assist with device setup and documentation.
• Support imaging, resets, and basic configuration of devices as needed.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and organization.
