Qualifications

• Prior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Follow detailed cleaning instructions and maintain quality standards.
• Stand, bend and lift up to 25 lbs for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team; background check required.

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including dusting, vacuuming, mopping and sanitizing surfaces.
• Clean and disinfect restrooms, kitchens and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners as needed.
• Restock supplies such as paper products and hand soap in designated areas.
• Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols at all times.
• Report maintenance issues, damage or safety hazards to a supervisor.
• Maintain and properly store cleaning equipment and supplies.
