Job summary

Kinetic Potential (KP) is seeking a conscientious housekeeper to perform cleaning and maintenance across indoor and exterior areas. The role requires adherence to safety guidelines, proper handling of cleaning solutions, and strong communication with building staff.

Responsibilities include sweeping, mopping, trash disposal, and reporting discrepancies to the supervisor. Candidates should have custodial experience and physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work long hours in varied conditions.

Qualifications

• Previous custodial experience preferred (1 year)
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments
• Work in upright standing position for long periods and climb stairs or ladders if required

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, shampooing, polishing, trash disposal, window cleaning
• Inform Supervisor of needed supplies and maintain cleaning solutions per OSHA guidelines
• Maintain sanitary conditions in assigned areas and restrooms; report discrepancies
• Complete daily work orders and ensure safety procedures are followed
• Maintain equipment in good working condition and ensure security procedures are followed
