Job summary

Schuman’s Cleaning Service is seeking a dependable cleaning associate to perform cleaning duties at client locations in accordance with company specifications.

Responsibilities include cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, floors and furniture, wearing PPE, and coordinating with the team to deliver excellent service while maintaining safety and professionalism.

Flexibility to work at different sites daily and adhere to exit procedures, safety policies, and customer care standards is essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities including bathrooms, showers, tubs, floors, kitchens, vacuuming, dusting, and polishing.
• Follow safety program handbook and company guidelines.
• Complete duties timely and per supervisor instructions.
• Report to Schuman’s Cleaning Service HQ at the assigned time.
• Wear appropriate uniform and PPE.
• Move furniture as needed to clean effectively.
• Work safely around pets and use pet-friendly products.
• Provide attentive customer service and present a professional image of Schuman’s Cleaning Service.
• Leave worksite according to exit procedures (lock doors, activate alarm).
• Maintain equipment and report issues to supervisor.
• Learn Company cleaning techniques to improve efficiency.
• Attend required Company meetings.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
