Cherokee Nation Entertainment in South Coffeyville, OK is seeking an onsite Cash Audit Clerk to join our banking and gaming audit team. The role focuses on ensuring the accuracy of financial records by reviewing paperwork, entering data into spreadsheets and accounting software, and researching discrepancies in a climate-controlled office environment.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED and experience as a cashier or bookkeeper is a plus but not required.

• Retrieve and organize all necessary paperwork for auditing.
• Conduct audits on cashier paperwork and ensure documents are properly submitted.
• Verify cashier adherence to policies and obtain required signatures.
• Input cashier reports and journal entries into balancing spreadsheets and accounting software.
• Prepare scorecards to document cashier audit exceptions.
• Research and resolve discrepancies including bank over/shorts.
• Manage player points/comps by expensing them to the issuing department.
