GardaWorld in Wisconsin is hiring a Cash Processing Teller to support daily cash operations. You will verify deposits, process transactions, and ensure regulatory compliance while maintaining productivity standards.

The role emphasizes accuracy in cash handling and timely reporting of any suspicious activity. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or equivalent, 1–2 years teller experience, strong data entry and math skills, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Cash handling and balancing experience desired.
• 1-2 years teller experience preferred.
• Strong data entry skills.
• Detail-oriented with basic math skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Verify assigned work and inspect deposit bags for evidence of tampering.
• Perform deposit processing functions including reconciling any out-of-balance conditions.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies including state and federal regulations.
• Identify Counterfeit, SARs, AML Red Flag Transactions and report to Supervisor.
• Meet or exceed all established deposit processing productivity standards.
• Verify cash settlements are accurate and transfers funds to appropriate vaults.
• Identify and share process improvement opportunities.
• Work independently without direct supervision or oversight.
