Job summary

Responsibilities include 401(k) program management, reporting, fixed assets in Sage, and inventory balancing with close collaboration with plant operations and farming networks. A High School Diploma with 3–5 years of bookkeeping is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant experience.
• 3–5 years of bookkeeping experience.
• Experience in agriculture/manufacturing and financial statement preparation preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and exposure to accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Account Reconciliation: Balance bank statements, clear ledger discrepancies, and assist with month-end and harvest-season closing cycles.
• Compliance & Record Keeping: Maintain organized financial records in audits.
• 401(k) program management: Eligibility decisioning, loan preparation, and audit support.
• Reporting: Prepare data reports for management.
• Fixed Assets: Manage fixed assets in Sage.
• Inventory Management: Assist with balancing daily inventory.
