Ideal candidates are mechanically inclined with strong hand-eye coordination, able to read blueprints, use basic measuring tools, and stay organized while following detailed work instructions.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with good hand-eye coordination.

• Familiar with hand tools and basic math.

• Able to sit or stand for long periods and lift/move components.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small to medium-sized components with precision and care.
• Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet standards.
• Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain documentation.
• Assemble wiring harnesses according to specifications and blueprints.
• Use hand tools and basic measuring devices such as a tape measure.
• Maintain a tidy workspace and follow all safety rules.
