You will clean common areas, prepare vacant units, and support property management in day-to-day housekeeping tasks, while upholding high cleanliness standards and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• Experience in apartment cleaning preferred.
• Experience in multifamily housing is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to perform physical duties (standing, walking, bending, lifting).
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain common areas, hallways, stairwells, laundry rooms, community rooms and offices.
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and sanitize surfaces.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents (make-ready).
• Maintain restrooms, windows, doors and high-touch surfaces.
• Remove trash and dispose of waste properly.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and report needs to management.
• Report maintenance concerns or safety hazards to the Community Manager.
• Follow safety procedures and proper chemical handling.
• Assist management and maintenance teams with additional duties.
• Interact professionally with residents and staff.
