Qualifications

• Must have basic accounting knowledge and accuracy in data entry
• Familiar with general ledger, accounts payable/receivable processes
• Proficient in Excel and accounting software
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with internal teams

Responsibilities

• Process invoices, payments, receipts, and other financial transactions accurately and timely
• Maintain and update accounting records, ledgers, and supporting documents
• Reconcile bank statements and AP/AR accounts
• Review data for completeness and proper coding
• Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
• Prepare routine financial reports for internal review
• Support payroll, expense processing, and related admin tasks
• Respond professionally to inquiries from vendors and coworkers
• Ensure confidentiality and compliance with policies and regulations
