Job summary

Park Villas is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to ensure cleanliness, tidiness, and maintenance of its residences and common areas. You will create a welcoming environment for guests and residents, performing cleaning, sanitizing, and basic upkeep under the supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.

Key duties include cleaning bathrooms, disinfecting surfaces, maintaining MSDS logs, cleaning appliances, vacuuming, dusting, and reporting issues to maintenance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous housekeeping experience preferred.
• Detail-oriented and organized.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning, sanitizing, and maintenance of assigned properties.
• Clean and disinfect bathrooms and surfaces.
• Maintain MSDS log.
• Clean appliances and maintain them to extend longevity.
• Clean offices and common areas.
• Dust surfaces, clean mirrors/windows, vacuum floors.
