Job summary

Downtown Boulder Partnership seeks a detail‑oriented housekeeper to maintain private residences in Washington, DC with care and professionalism. You will dust, clean kitchens, wash dishes, sweep, vacuum, mop floors, fluff pillows, and organize living spaces.

Qualifications

• Be able to work the schedule – Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday 10 AM – 5 PM.
• Ability to work in all areas of DC (NW, NE, SE, SW).
• Ability to follow verbal directions.
• Ability to work well alone and with a teammate.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to completing the job at the highest level.
• Able to adapt to changing schedules or routines; excellent time‑management skills.
• Pays extreme attention to detail when cleaning and enjoys cleaning.
• Organized and able to follow a schedule.
• Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during the daily routine, with the ability to stand for long periods, push a vacuum cleaner for extended periods, and lift up to 25–30 pounds.
• $20.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Perform all types of household chores to maintain private residences in a caring, professional, and detailed manner.
