Sandestin Golf & Beach Resort is seeking a Social Media Specialist to develop and share engaging content across platforms, capturing authentic resort moments from beaches to golf and dining. The role combines hands-on content creation with administrative support for marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will craft compelling stories, manage a resort-wide content calendar, and collaborate with Marketing, F&B, Golf, Recreation and Events to highlight Sandestin’s amenities and guest

Qualifications

• Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, content creation or hospitality marketing.
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Excellent photography and videography skills; ability to create compelling visual content.
• Experience editing photos and short-form video content.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing engaging social media content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other platforms.
• Create, capture, edit and publish high-quality photo, video and short-form content.
• Spend time throughout the resort capturing authentic guest experiences and events.
• Develop content highlighting Sandestin's experiences, amenities and destination appeal.
• Showcase dining outlets, bars, beaches, golf, marina, spa, and recreation.
• Develop Reels, TikToks, Stories to increase engagement and reach.
• Maintain brand voice and visual identity across platforms.
• Monitor engagement and assist with timely responses.
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and assets.
