Job summary

HireNow Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a full-time, direct-hire role in Destin, Florida. The position welcomes new graduates and experienced therapists, with a schedule mostly Monday–Friday 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m., and two weekend days per month, no on-call requirements.

Compensation ranges from $39.95 to $54.10 per hour, depending on experience. Relocation assistance may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physical therapy and Florida license required.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of start date.
• Two weekend days per month and weekday schedule required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate mobility, strength, and rehabilitation needs.
• Develop and monitor treatment plans with measurable goals.
• Provide interventions to support movement and functional independence.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and safety.
• Maintain accurate evaluations and progress notes.
