You will operate, calibrate, and maintain dessert production lines, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while supporting startup, changeover, and shutdown activities. Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED and the ability to communicate in English.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Ability to understand and communicate in English in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience operating machinery/equipment in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Willingness to obtain forklift/PIV certification.
• Comfort with lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging and processing equipment in a desserts facility.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot processing and packaging systems.
• Maintain sanitation and participate in startup, changeover, and shutdown activities.
• Complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Support continuous improvements and training of new employees.
