Job summary

Dessert Holdings, a leading premium dessert company, is seeking a Production/Packaging Associate for Kenny’s Great Pies in Smyrna, Georgia. You will apply crust into pie pans, mix ingredients per recipes, operate production equipment, inspect product quality, and ensure weights meet specs while keeping a clean, safe work area.

The role is full-time, Monday through Friday with 8-hour shifts (5:00am–2:00pm); bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in food production or manufacturing preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and work ethic required.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team.
• Must follow established procedures and instructions.
• Ability to work until production is complete; bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Apply crust into pie pans.
• Mix ingredients following recipes and production standards.
• Operate production equipment (e.g., juice machine).
• Perform visual inspections for quality.
• Ensure product weights meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized work area.
• Support team and assist with other duties as needed.
