Job summary

The Cheesecake Factory in Sunrise, FL is hiring a Dessert Finisher/Barista to finish desserts, glaze strawberries, and craft espresso beverages in a high-volume, full-service restaurant. You will work behind our bakery case and support front-of-house operations with precise presentation and guest-focused service.

Ideal candidates have restaurant or barista experience, knowledge of food safety, and a team-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Plate and finish desserts with accuracy, attention to detail, and consistent presentation
• Operate an espresso machine to prepare specialty coffee and espresso beverages
• Follow instructions while upholding food safety and food handling standards
• Label, date, and rotate products following FIFO practices
• Work with efficiency, speed, and a sense of urgency in a fast paced environment
• Maintain organization, cleanliness, and sanitation of work areas
• Complete station setup and breakdown, including stocking and closing tasks
• Support teamwork through clear and effective communication
• Multitask and work well under pressure with a positive attitude
• Deliver exceptional service to ensure guest satisfaction

What You'll Do
