Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake and scratch-bake cookies, cakes, pies, and more in a high-volume bakery.
• Collaborate with culinary team to develop and trial new recipes.
• Support a full-time schedule with a 5am–8am start, Monday–Friday.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and safety standards.
