Job summary

Epic’s campus bakery team in Wisconsin seeks a dedicated dessert baker to produce cookies, cakes, and pies in a high-volume setting. You’ll join a state-of-the-art facility and craft daily specials while upholding quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake and scratch-bake cookies, cakes, pies, and other desserts in a high-volume environment.
• Create and trial new dessert recipes while maintaining quality and consistency.
• Assist with catering events and collaborate with bakery staff.
• Operate with autonomy and seek growth into leadership roles.
• Adhere to safety, sanitation, and facility standards.
