Epic is seeking a skilled baker to join our campus-based dessert production team just outside Madison, WI. The role involves baking cookies, cakes, and pies in a high-volume, state-of-the-art facility, with opportunities for leadership growth and department mentorship.

Qualifications

• Experience baking in a professional setting, preferably high volume.
• Dessert baking experience preferred.
• Live within 45 minutes of Epic's Campus in Verona, WI or be willing to relocate.
• Eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Bake and scratch-bake cookies, cakes, pies, and more in a state-of-the-art facility.
• Collaborate with culinary staff to create and trial new desserts while mastering favorites.
• Grow into leadership and management roles with mentorship and support.
