Job summary

Sturdy Memorial Hospital is seeking a full-time on-site IT Support Technician to join the team in Attleboro, MA. The role focuses on delivering technical support and exceptional customer service to hospital staff, while managing hardware and software deployment and maintaining documentation for IT solutions.

Ideal candidates will have an associate degree (2–4 years experience may substitute), strong Windows and M365 skills, and excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Scheduled Weekly Hours

40 - Temporary with potential to move to permanent after 12 months - fully onsite Monday through Friday with some on call 7 days every 6-7 weeks.

Responsible for several aspects of hardware and software support across the PC environment. Oversee a ticket queue for submitted problems and requests. Provide customer service and technical support to staff. Collaborate and work solo on various projects and initiatives within the IT environment. Assist in tracking and maintaining of IT solutions database.

Education/Training

Associates degree in related field of study Work experience of 2-4 years may be substituted in lieu of education

Licenses/Certification

A+ Certification preferred, additional certifications (Microsoft in particular) are a plus

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and applications
• Experience working with M365 products and applications
• Ability to dissect and troubleshoot technical issues

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working in a healthcare and/or customer service setting
• Familiarity or experience working with Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) and Intune

Salary Range

$23.71-$36.14

Salary Range Details

The pay range displayed on each job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual compensation will be determined after taking factors into consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience, skill set, and education. This is not inclusive of the value Sturdy Health’s benefits package (if applicable), which includes among other benefits, healthcare/dental/vision and retirement. For annual salaries this is based on full-time employment.
