Job description

Overview

Ability to install and troubleshoot standard Office applications such as Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and related tools. Demonstrated ability to discover, understand and communicate technical solutions and instructions with customers of varying levels of technical understanding; poise and professionalism in all customer communications required. Adapt to multiple tasks and shifting work objectives. Reliable attendance, timely completion and reporting/ticketing of work tasks required. The role is on-site to answer helpdesk calls and email requests for support of PCs, laptops, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, peripherals and various Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications.

Responsibilities
  • Provide on-site and remote IT support for PCs, laptops, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, printers and scanners.
  • Install and troubleshoot Office applications (e.g., Office 365), Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and other COTS applications.
  • Assist users with passwords resets and troubleshoot access issues; respond to and/or redirect questions related to supported Clerk applications.
  • Image PCs/Laptops and set up Windows PCs/Laptops, iPads, and iPhones; configure peripherals.
  • Conduct trainings and participate in meetings in person, via phone conference, remote access, or chat client.
  • Log all requests into customer tracking systems (Halo) and update other work reporting as necessary; manage real-time completion or redirection of requests to appropriate personnel.

Job Details

This is a Contract position based out of Washington, DC. Pay range: $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may require specific elections, plan terms, or program terms.
