Neier Inc. is seeking an IT Support Specialist for a contract position in Washington, DC. Ability to install and troubleshoot standard Office applications such as Office 365, Adobe Creative Cloud, Acrobat, and related tools. Demonstrated ability to discover, understand and communicate technical solutions and instructions with customers of varying levels of technical understanding; poise and professionalism in all customer communications required. Adapt to multiple tasks and shifting work objectives. Reliable attendance, timely completion and reporting/ticketing of work tasks required. The role is on-site to answer helpdesk calls and email requests for support of PCs, laptops, MacBooks, iPads, iPhones, peripherals and various Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) applications.
This is a Contract position based out of Washington, DC. Pay range: $25.00 - $35.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may require specific elections, plan terms, or program terms.
