ATCC is hiring a Desktop Support Specialist to deliver hands-on IT support for end users across desktop, laptop, mobile, and peripheral technologies. This onsite role is based mainly in Manassas, VA with at least one day per week at Maryland facilities and travel to Gaithersburg and Germantown, MD as required.
You will image, configure, deploy, and support devices, resolve service tickets, and assist with onboarding and asset management in a multi-site corporate environment.

The position serves as a key entry point for IT support, resolving Service Desk requests, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, supporting onboarding activities, and maintaining technology assets across three locations.

The expected salary for this position is $60,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional incentive compensation including regular merit increases and the corporate bonus program.
