We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in Pleasanton, CA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to provide technical support and ensure client satisfaction in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
  1. Respond promptly to customer support tickets and resolve technical issues efficiently.
  2. Diagnose and troubleshoot problems related to RFID technology and associated hardware.
  3. Collaborate with senior engineers to escalate and address complex technical challenges.
  4. Document support tickets and maintain accurate records of resolutions.
  5. Assist in creating and updating support documentation and knowledge base articles.
Skills
  1. Strong understanding of basic networking concepts.
  2. Familiarity with RFID hardware and peripherals.
  3. Experience with mobile device support, particularly Android.
  4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  5. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Skills
  1. Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role.
  2. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
