Job summary

KBR, soon to be part of Trinzic after the spin-off, is seeking a Desk Officer in Washington, DC. The role requires TS/SCI clearance, a Bachelor's degree in a related field, and at least 10 years of experience.

You will lead high-impact projects, prepare briefs for senior leadership, and oversee intelligence operations in a demanding, on-site environment. Travel is minimal and compensation reflects senior-tier responsibilities, with a base compensation range and the potential for additional

Candidates who join KBR's Mission Technology Solutions business before the spin-off will transition to Trinzic when the separation is complete and will not need to reapply for employment.

Key Responsibilities

• Leverage your deep understanding of customer operations and procedures to lead and support high-impact projects that shape strategic outcomes.
• Craft memos, conduct detailed file reviews, and manage requests with precision using the customer database. You'll also prepare and deliver briefings to senior leadership, draft binding documents, and provide essential operational support across the team.
• Oversee the flow of current and emerging intelligence reports, ensuring timely updates and seamless dissemination of critical products to stakeholders.
• Manage and track intelligence sharing across multiple agencies and partners, fostering collaboration and ensuring alignment.
• Maintain a continuous intelligence watch, keeping communication channels open with key components and partner organizations.
• Stay current on cutting-edge technologies and evolving subject matter to inform and enhance operations.
• Use your comprehensive knowledge of intelligence operations—including principles, methods, processes, and regulations—to make informed decisions and drive excellence.

Required Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Minimum of 10 years
• Demonstrated excellent oral and written communication skills, conflict resolution techniques, and proven ability to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines
• Must have functional computer literacy and be proficient in customer computer and network applications

Basic Compensation

$165,600 to $202,400

This range is for the Washington, DC, area only

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Additional Compensation

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short term incentives, long term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
