Closet Factory Boston is growing tremendously; we are hiring several Full Time In-Home Design Consultants to support that growth. We need Designers all over Massachusetts, especially in the South Shore and Metro West areas.

As the newest Design Sales Consultant at Closet Factory Boston, you are extremely important. You work from a home base but interact directly with clients in their home or workspace. You are the first step in taking them from chaos to customized organization. You are the catalyst to making their dream come true!

We provide training on everything from design solutions & the software used to following up on leads & closing sales. You will be given screened, qualified leads and meet with clients in their home or remotely depending upon the client's preference.

After listening carefully to your clients' needs, you will create a design that provides functional organization and looks like a custom work of art.

Qualifications

• Ideal candidates will have 2 year of consultative sales experience (home improvement sales are a plus, but not required.
• Must be trainable/coach-able and personable
• Willing to meet with client's in the evenings and on Saturdays if need be
• Must be willing to meet clients in Boston and/or Metro-West area
• Basic computer skills
• Willing and able to overcome objections
