Boot Barn is seeking a Designer for Men’s Apparel to drive ideation and execution of product development across multiple brands. The role focuses on refining trends into viable men’s apparel and creating comprehensive tech packs for production.
The Designer will translate brand strategies into in-store assortments, collaborate with styling, sourcing, and production teams, and ensure alignment with profitability and brand equity goals.

Primary responsibility is to refine the trend, vision, translate trends to products, items and assortment opportunities. The Designer - Men’s Apparel will understand the brand strategies and financial goals to ensure that overall product development and direction delivers in-store consumer driven programs that are competitive and differentiated by brand.
