Job summary

Rapt Studio in Los Angeles is seeking a talented designer to work on diverse projects from concept through construction. You will contribute to ideation, drawings, and visualization within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, G‑Suite, and Figma is expected, with a mindset to grow in project management, construction administration, budgets, codes, and client coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 0–5+ years of experience at an architecture or design studio.
• Experience from concept design through construction on project teams.
• Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, G‑Suite, Figma.
• Willingness to learn project management, construction administration, budgets, codes, and coordination.
• Interest in developing construction documents and coordinating with furniture vendors.
• Experience in 3D visualization is a plus.

About You

At Rapt Studio, Designers work on multiple projects of varying types and scales from concept through construction. Designers are the backbone of the work we do. With dedication and hard work, they have the potential to grow quickly and become a big part of our creative process and output. We’re looking for someone who’s a strong conceptual thinker, visualizer, and designer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or Interior Design
• 0-5+ years of experience working at an architecture or design studio
• Experience working with project teams from concept design through construction
• Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, G‑Suite, Figma
• Eagerness to learn project management, construction administration, budget review, building codes, consultant coordination, and client relations
• Eagerness to learn about the development of construction documents for review
• Eagerness to work with furniture vendors
• Experience and interest in 3D visualization is a plus

Compensation is based on relevant experience and qualifications. Salary for this role is estimated between $50,000 to $80,000 plus benefits and bonuses.
