Arizona Public Service (APS) in Casa Grande is seeking a Designer III to develop, review, and modify complex plant, substation, and customer design systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
You will ensure design configurations and documentation comply with engineering standards, collaborate with engineers and project teams, maintain accurate records, and contribute to cost estimates for materials and equipment.

APS ( Arizona Public Service) is looking to add a Designer III to their team in Casa Grande. The Designer III develops, reviews, and modifies complex plant, substation, and customer design systems to support safe, reliable, and efficient operations. You ensure design configurations and associated documentation comply with established engineering standards and design requirements. You will collaborate with engineers, field personnel, and project teams to develop design solutions, maintain accurate system documentation, and provide input on material, equipment, and project cost estimates.
This position is based at APS's Casa Grande location
This position may require access to and/or use of information subject to control under the Department of Energy's Part 810 Regulations (10 CFR Part 810), the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) (15 CFR Parts 730 through 774), or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter M Part 120) (collectively, 'U.S. Export Control Laws').
