Kate Spade New York is seeking a Designer, Hardware Outlet to join the hardware team, creating sketches, technical drawings, and sample comments for outlet handbags, SLGs and shoes. You will drive seasonal direction and uphold brand standards throughout development.

The ideal candidate brings 5–7+ years in fashion design, strong construction knowledge, and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, with 3D tool experience (AutoCAD/Rhino) as a plus.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years fashion industry experience.
• Experience in high fashion including market trends and luxe materials.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and deadline skills.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop; knowledge in 3D tools such as AutoCAD, Rhino is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the key interface with design teams to carry out seasonal design and brand direction.
• Uphold design integrity and brand standards throughout development.
• Research seasonal trends and monitor market competition.
• Manage department projects and ensure milestones and calendars are met.
