Job summary

GOAT Group is seeking an Authentication Operations specialist in Canada to review and authenticate designer listings, remove unsafe items, and ensure accurate product details before they are listed.

You will stay up to date on authentication methods, participate in training sessions, and contribute to team knowledge sharing and process improvements.

The role requires weekend availability, 20–30 hours per week, and a strong eye for detail and consistency in decision-making.

Qualifications

• Background knowledge about designer footwear and apparel is helpful.
• Weekend and holiday availability as scheduled.
• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems independently.

Responsibilities

• Authenticate designer listings and ensure accuracy of size, colorway, condition, and category.
• Remove unsafe listings or those not meeting marketplace standards.
• Identify inconsistencies, manipulated photos, or inaccurate product details during authentication.
