Qualifications

• Professional degree in architecture or interior design.
• 3-5 years of professional experience.
• Strong design sensibility and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, and Enscape.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative studio environment.
• Familiarity with Seattle building codes, permitting, and residential construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all phases of design, from concept development through construction administration.
• Develop drawings, models, renderings, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Produce and coordinate architectural and interior drawing sets, including detailing, permitting, and construction documentation.
• Research materials, products, assemblies, and fabrication methods.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and fabricators.
• Participate in client meetings, site visits, and construction phase coordination.
• Help shape the studio’s evolving design processes and studio culture.
