Ledcor Technical Services is hiring a Designer to perform detailed outside plant (OSP) and fiber designs for telecommunication networks. You will design GPON layouts, work with engineering teams, and support construction staff with safety and quality control.

The role blends office and field work with 90% home-based duties and occasional travel. Qualifications include a college/technical diploma and 3+ years in OSP telecom with AutoCAD proficiency.

• 3+ years in OSP telecommunications or related field using AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, Google Earth, Bluebeam and Adobe.
• GIS is a plus.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Ability to interpret construction documents and collaborate effectively.

As a Designer, you will be responsible for the detailed design of outside plant (OSP) elements (aerial and/or underground) and fiber designs for telecommunication networks. You’ll work closely with the engineering team to create constructible GPON network designs using various tools, collaborating with design and construction teams under the guidance of the Design Manager. Work Conditions

Home-based (90%) with occasional travel (<25%). We're thrilled to announce the opening of our new office in Florence, Kentucky soon to become our central hub for collaboration and growth.
